OK really really confused

OK let me see if I can type this so yall get the gist of the freaking dumbass dixk head Operations manager I work with is. First off "Operations Manager" manages operations and day to day activity right!

Customer calls........James your guys came and did work this weekend and did not put anyrhing back in my daycare where in writing it said they would. Worse part is they left most of it out in thw rain all weekend.

James.........oh no I am very sorry let me call and get you some help. Rest assured we will take care of you.

Customer....OK thanks James

James calls operations manager......Heath here is the situation we have big problem and I proceed to explain.

Operation Manager.........well what do you want me to do. Not my problem

James.....Then who's problem is it.

Operations Manager...... well you sold it deal with it.

James........ Really

Operations......This is exactly why we shouldn't be doing floor work. I ain'tdealing with it. I don't get paid to deal with it it's your problem.

James.....Really

Operations........Just tell her we have insurance and will file tomorrow

James.....what about everything still outside and stuff that is soaked.

Operations.........Sounds like you are going to busy this evening

James...........goes **** yourself
