On the topic of Air Conditioning...

Who else has a "Whole House Fan"? We have one, but I'm not sure how/when to use it. Problem is that it's right in the hallway near the living room and it's super noisy. How does that compare with running the AC as far as electric bills? Take today as an example: It's not hot out, but it's very humid. I have the AC set at 75*, but with the humidity, it seems warm inside. I don't have any ceiling fans outside of the bedrooms, and I don't want a box/pedestal fan in the living rooms. :thinking:
