    Connecticut's youngest and smallest surviving twins were born. Born at 23 weeks, 1 day, Nicholas was 1lb 5.5 oz, 12.5" and his sister Caeden was 1lb 3 oz and 12". They were given only a 10% chance of survival, we were told to expect many physical and mental disabilities. Glad to say of it all, our son is mildly autistic and our daughter is thin as a rail, but all are doing well considering their past. Happy Birthday wee-folks
