Opilio crab

    Bought about 2 lbs. at the store advertised as "fresh". Cooked it up, cracked it open and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. I had to wash the meat off under cold water and then re-steam it. Not exactly "fresh" in my opinion. It's hard to get "fresh" seafood in the midwest.
