pontoon trouble

Ok guys the last two years when I take the cover off the pontoon the seats are covered with black mold.:Thumbs_down: It took the wife and I 12 hours to scrub the stuff off. I use 303 aero space on the seats alot so they look good during the summer but after the winter with the cover on they look like crap.Anyone know of a treatment I can use as I close the boat up so they won't look like so bad? Or something else I can do to keep them looking good? I am sick of all the scrubbing.
