Flatlands Spinnerbaits Produce on Lewisville


I just wanted to say thanks to Joey Watts at Flatlands Custom Tackle for the high quality spinnerbaits he made for me that helped my wife and I place 3rd in the CAST North tourney at Lewisville this past Sunday. We caught two early on other baits, but my wife picked up her spinnerbait rod around mid-morning and went to whackin’ ‘em. I’m a little slow, but after she had put 3 keepers in the well, I decided that I might need to put a spinnerbait on as well. We caught 15 fish total for the day and 13 of them were on Joey’s spinnerbaits. My wife put it on me and caught 2/3 of them on the same spinnerbait and it was still in great shape at the end of the day.
