Pressure steaming

    I had never eaten anything from a pressure cooker before yesterday. The pressure steamed Elk ribs were incredibly tender. Like the texture of fine filet. He said he pressure cooks a lot of game this way. He has a buffalo hump he is getting ready to cook this week. I've never had buffalo hump and will give you an update on it's taste. By the way, 1/3 of an Elk rib is a full meal for me.
