My tomatoes, peppers, squash and eggplant love it. I was gone 13 days and when I went to the garden today, low and behold, PRODUCE!! I got my first yellow and zucinni squash(neighbors got some also), 2 eggplant and (trumpet call, please), 2 red Legend tomatoes. First time in 30 yrs growing maters that I have earen fresh maters in May. I usually get them starting right around 4th of July. The eggplant is about 1.5 months early. 2 green peppers are starting to yellow. On the bad side, living in Missouri can be a 10 shirt day in the heat and humidity. Only place like it I have lived is the South Carolina low country. There 10 shirt mornings are normal.
