Decided to do a little grilling on the Primo tonight.. Got two strip steaks and a tenderloin and a couple fresh onions. Did the onions with butter and beef bouillon recipe i posted a week or so ago. The steaks were marinated in Dales and seasoned with chili powder and garlic salt.. Steaks marinated for a few hours while the onions went on 1st. Onions cooked at 350 for about hour and fifteen mins. Once onions were done opened the grill up and let it get up to 700 degrees. Steaks were put on and cooked for 2 mins per side then 1 min. per side indirect. Came out perfect right between medium rare and medium.. Nice and juicy. Cut em open and juice poured everywhere just like a good piece of meat should be.. Wife made macaroni and cheese shells and curly fries and fresh rolls to top it off..Was a great dinner.. Also had a small picnic roast in the fridge so it was next after the grill cooled off.. I put it on at 225 degrees and it is almost done now going pull it off and get in bed.. Picnic roast was rubbed all over with mustard then dosed with an apple rub little bit of salt and pepper and few other secret ingredients  Enjoy the pics Ill post some finished pics of the BBQ tomorrow
