    A great hometown bar-b-que palace opened near me about two years ago. It is named Cafe Telegraph and i on Telegraph Road. I have been making Q sine I was young. I can't make it as good as their pit master. A half slab of ribs costs $16 with two sides. The ribs are meaty and enormous. The pit master said he smokes 4,000 lbs of meat each week during the winter and 6,000 lbs per week during the summer. That is a heck of a lot of meat. The place is large and was absolutely full, at lunch, on a Thursday.
