quetion on ethics

    when we had the pool screened we also had them rescreen the garage. We got 3 quotes for 3 different combos. In short they gave us a privacy screen in the garage that we didn't want. It's a thousand dollars more. When we paid the bill the error was discovered and we didn't have to pay for the privacy screen. The question is should we ? Would you ? Winona is more honest than even me, so, we've been discussing the situation.
