Reel Cleaning

    way2slickrick Ohhhhh Yeaaaa

    What are you guys using to clean your reels? Im using brake cleaner to clean them all up, then using Ardent Grease to regrease what needs to be re-greased and a dab of reel butter to each bearing. Just looking for something else to use. Also the brake cleaner ive been using always leaves white stuff on plastic or painted surfaces on the reel, Im using store brand brake cleaner that say Un-chlorinated? Could that be why the white stuff is bieng left behind? The white stuff wipes off easy though.
