Salsa

    Had WAY too many heirloom maters and decided to make fesh salsa for the first time. I made about 7-8 quarts and it took all day. Followed a recipe and it was pretty easy. I added extra onions, jalepenoes and serrano peppers to the recipe. A little above medium hot. NOW, what do you do with this much salsa? Guess the neighbors are going to get lucky!
