Saturday Morning Coffee

    Wakey, Wakey all you OutKasts! Time for some hot coffee. Some eggs, grits, and bacon cooking for your pleasure. I'm going to smoke some Lamb Shanks today. After smoking, they will be put with carmalized veggies in a pan with some wine and chicken broth to be simmered for a couple of hours. Long cook time but well worth the flavor.
