Self imposed exile

Hi guys, I'm still here. I've just had a self imposed fishing ban for the last couple of weeks which included forums. (I may have had a weak moment). The garden is looking good, the boat is looking better, my son didn't get that big job but he's chilled, the Royal wedding made me proud that we have such a great military, Harry and me have learned the words to "Psychodad" so we can sing it on the boat. Swindon Town finally got relegated to the 4th division.It was like watching a wounded animal suffer. The sun is out again...maybe the weather is picking up. I discovered that the Belgians make cider which is not a patch on our stuff (I did wonder what was the point of Belgium?) My sofa is really comfortable.....much more than the computer chair, car seat or boat seat which is where I mostly park my 'arris. My teenage son Matt actually tidied his room without being asked :shocked: I changed all my passwords online thanks to Playstation. English mustard is far superior to that French mess. The 1st 48 is a really good show but still not a patch on the legend that is Al Bundy. The shed door finally got fixed and a damn good job too. I've planted loads of strawberry plants so should get a bumper crop this year. My property which I rent out actually has equity in it. I read a book for the first time in ages, how did I forget that pleasure. I realise that I smile a lot, have a great wife and my kids are all growing up to be a better person than me. NOW I'M READY TO FISH! COMPETITION STARTS NEXT WEEKEND, :boxing::boxing::cheers:
