Sirius XM frustration

    nothing more frustrating than dealing with Sirius XM radio....how they stay in business is beyond me...they send out these $200.00 renewal notices then when you threaten to cancel,they offer to renew for $25.00 quarterly.....just wasted two internet chat sessions because they couldn't find my account(been a customer for years) and spent 45 minutes on phone with two foreigners I couldn't understand...finally just hung up...don't know if I have renewed my subscription or not and don't care...
