Smoker

I've got a pork butt in the smoker with apple and cherry wood and the sauce ready to go. Two more hrs. and it will fall apart with the touch of a fork. Then-----GAME TIME!
A big smoker so I've also got a couple of chickens, rack of ribs, slab bacon, sow belly and some polish sausage. Also trying a half dozen oysters on the half shell for the first time. I cut up sow belly and put it in with all types of beans. It's great in green beans and baked beans. It will last a couple of months in the refrigerator once it is smoked.
