Some help please

    I'm not a salt water guy and don't know much about ocean fish. A friend returning from Florida dropped a fish off at the house with the wife. He told her it was called a bonito(sp)?. It looks about 10 lbs. and needs to be cleaned. No problem there. HOW DO YOU COOK A BONITO?
