Someone explain to this dumb ole country boy?

How you can take a 1-2% increase in pay through payroll taxes and STILL OWE THE SAME AMOUNT AT THE END OF THE YEAR and somehow that is a pay raise????

If you were going to get a refund you got your money back throughout the year.

If you owe money at the end of the year you may bo back to owing quarterly of a penalty.


I am not getting this big political hogwash. Did I miss the EOY tax tables being lowered or something?

Is ole ears finger pointing again trying to cover up the chit pile he is leaving?
