Squirrel Pie

    Went to get the newspaper and there they were. Two of the fattest squirrels I've seen in years sitting on a limb and laughing at me. I can't stand squirrels insulting me so two pellet gun shots later--they are ready to cook. Cut some vegetables, roll some dough and process the beasts. Squirrel pie in about two hrs.
