steelhead

    cd4th Shoot first, shoot again

    Took a little trip up to west-central Michigan yesterday for a little first-time steelhead fishing on the Muskegon River. Had an awesome day even with the temps only hit 36 degrees, not including the wind chill. It actually snowed for most of the morning. Even the guide said it was one of his best days. Caught probably 25 fish including steelhead, rainbows and browns. We kept 6 of the males and let everything else go. Biggest male I caught was about 13lbs. Putting two of the fillets on the grill tomorrow. :rock_on: Can't wait to do it again next year.
