    cd4th Shoot first, shoot again

    Had some storms in the area early this morning, but I went ahead and put the boat in about 5:30. Figured I could get a couple hours in before they got here if I was lucky. Picked up a few little largemouths and found a little bitty spot that produced half a dozen smallies up to about 2 pounds. About the time things were biting good, the skies turned black and the thunder and lightning was rolling in the distance. I could see a huge wall cloud moving in fast and the wind kicked up so I headed to the ramp and beat it for home. For once I was glad to get run off due to a storm, because we need the rain so bad. So here I sit at home now and what did we get out of it? NOTHING! :head_on_wall: Not a drop. The whole damn thing broke up and disappeared just as it got to us. :doh:
