Thank You, Lord

for the rain we got today. We weren't supposed to get any rain and we have an inch of slow rain so far. The area is 9 inches behind in rain for the spring and summer. Only rain was a .25 in. in the last 6 weeks. That cut off low pressure area is centered over St. Louis and looks to stay there for at least a couple more weeks if not until the fall. Driving around the area, you can see large oak trees dropping brown leaves. Some trees are dead. A sad sight and I can't remember a summer like this one.
