The Falcon Experience

    We got back from Falcon on Sunday. All of our stuff made it down and back without a hitch. The weather was absolutely brutal. We couldn't fish 2 out of the 4 days due to 30 + mph winds. The 2 days we did fish, wind was gusting to 20+ so there was no open water fishing. Oscar...we didn't even get a chance to throw the crankbaits. Overall we caught about 100 fish, with the biggest being 7.5lbs. The males were all up in the shallows, but the females had not moved in yet and we couldn't really fish open water. Most of the fish were in the 3 lb range and my son and I had a blast. From now on, we are going in the summer. I'll post some pics as soon as my kid unloads them from his camera. We are hoping to head back down in June and we will probably take the boat.
