The nightmare is over! (almost)

    Well, the house nightmare is near it's end. We had the final walkthrough with the owners tonight. They are very nice people, and are moving back to Maine (Bangor). Anyhow, we close tomorrow morning and maybe then I can breath again. We're super happy and ready to get our lives going. Who knows? There may be a Nebguy Jr. in the near future! :shocked:
