The Scumbag's gone

The neigborhood decided to try NebGuy's idea. When he showed up, most of the owners on the street turned on their outside lights and stood in the doorway. The buyer drove off without his drugs. The dealer stuck his head out the side window, took a quick look and rapidly drove off. He will move elsewhere; which is good enough for us. The police didn't seem to respond very well so we tried this as it was non confrontational. I'm more than disappointed with the county officers.
