Tire Rant

    Well here I sit still waiting on a phone call from the place that sold me tires....The Story...purchased tires last year in March (Kumho Solus KR21) 85,000 mile tire and now have 25K miles on them and their wore slam out..called the purchase place and ask what the procedure was for replacing them..Informed that they would have to call the place who sold them the tires and send pictures of the tread..lack of…..just received news yesterday that they purchasing place would take care of me (long time customer)…just waiting on them to decide between both companies outcome..one wants me to put the same tire on (that chit ain’t happening) or how much to the prorate amount I would receive towards the purchase of new tires. Anyone ever experience this before?...To me it would be simple math 85k-25k=60k 29% used…give me 70% towards the new set.
