Too much knowledge

    Too much knowledge is sometimes not a good thing. LOZ is 6 ft. below normal and is still being drawn down. Numerous fronts have come through and the water is very stained and 40 degrees. All my knowledge told me that the fish had moved to deeper water. I fished from 8 -25 ft. looking for them with no success. Turns out that the bass were in 1-4 ft. of water because they couldn't see the bait. It seems I forgot the first rule of fishing- START SHALLOW AND WORK DEEPER. A lesson relearned. :head_on_wall:
