Tough Day

    Got to LOZ about noon and had a rip in the boat cover. Fixed the rip now it's 2 pm. Worked on the rest of the boat and rigged some baits. Now it's 3 pm. Beautiful looking day. 10 minute run to my first spot on a bluff. Fished for 5 min and heard thunder. It's coming from over the bluff and I didn't see the storm coming. By the time I got under my dock roof I had been rained on, hailed on, and gotten hit by 50 mph wind from a severe thunderstorm. Decided to pack it in, cook up a steak and have a gin and tonic. Got a knot on my head from the hail. Looking forward to tomorrow.
