Trouble with guy next house over.

    This new guy moves in next door to me and brings in a herd of goats. First he shots both my dogs for wanting to mount his ***** in heat. Says they were killing his goats. Then he threatened my son for shooting fireworks on our land. Now his goats are on my place once a week. I have called the cops and that hasn't helped. I know if I go see him we will end up on the ground fighting . So what's a guy to do. Three S's.?
