Tuna steak

    Well, I just ruined supper. I had tuna at a restaurant awhile back and thought it was good. Been wanting it again so I stopped on the way home and and picked up a 1 1/2" tuna steak, garlic cloves, and an onion. Got home and crushed some garlic, mixed with sea salt and teriyaki sauce. Put the steak in there and started on the onion. Cored it, stuffed with butter and some more crushed garlic. Put the onion in tin foil and let sit on grill while the tuna marinated.

    30 min later, I put a little oil on the grill, seared each side of the tuna for 2 minutes and added crushed pepper. Removed tuna and onion.............Not what I remembered it tasting like. It was OK, just not something I would fix again. Either I did something wrong, or my memory is terrible. :shocked:

    On the bright side, the onion was great
