Very confused

Last weekend I cranked the boys 4 wheeler took forever but had not been ran in awhile but as I am turning it over it was spitting water out the exhaust. Allot not just a few drips. It was shooting it out like 5 feet. Enought to make a few small puddles.
He road is dirt bike last week and no problems ust cranked it up now it is doing same thing. Made a puddle on garage floor about 2 feet by 2 feet. What the heck:thinking:
