Water Damage

I got a call from the site manager at the condo. We are a bottom floor unit with 1300 sq. ft. The top floor unit got a water leak and damaged the units below. Four days of water leaking means a lot of damage. I was told the entrance area and closet along with the kitchen suffered te worst damage and everything will need to be replaced and mold taken care of. It may have gone into other areas as well. We had just finished upgrading the condo. New stainless appliances, granite, aspen wood cabinets, stained 6 panel doors, etc. I'm trying to console a crying wife. It may take awhile to do it as she put a lot of time and effort into updaing things. Doubt if it will be usable until mid-late fall. I feel really sorry for the wife and pretty muvh a downer for me.
