Water Quality and Quantity

Has anyone else been reading of the water problem in the western US? Many cities water supply has dipped to historic lows. Along with the dwindling supply, the quality is also going down. Lots of algae suddenly in the supply for the first time. St. Louis supposedly has some of the highest quality municipal water in the US. With 3 major rivers near it, St. Louis will not run out of water. This year, for the first time, St. Louis has algae in the system. Something is changing in this country and we need to do something about it now.
