What a Headache

I've been researching restoration companies and dealing with 2 insurance companies all day. The condo will need another 3-4 days to finish drying out, getting the ceiling and floors removed, etc. I have to have a restoration company ready to start when the cleanup company is finished. The refrigerator, range and dishwasher are ok. Everything else in the entrance and kitchen area is ruined. All the tile floor in the kitchen and dining room have to be replaced along with the stained wood 6 panel doors and all trim work. Essentialy, all the sheet rock is toast. It could be as short as a month or up to 3 months to be completed. Looks like my fishing may be over until mid fall. I have to be available to answer questions and make decisions on replacement of the kitchen. This means I won't be traveling anywhere this fall. I think it is time for a gin and tonic.
