What's For Dinner Folks

Start my night shift tomorrow night. Have to be there at 3:30 PM and work till mid night. Will be quite an adjustment for me. Figured I had better whip me up some good supper. Will eat tonight and carry me another plate for dinner at work tomorrow night.

Fried Chicken - Dipped in a egg/milk then rolled in seasoned flour. Dipped again in the egg/milk and rolled in the flour again. Have it in the deep fryer as we speak.

Top that off with a nice plate of spuds, some corn and rolls !!!!
