While we're at it

When I joined my first intelligence agency, over 90 % of the people were veterans. In my last agency only 5% were veterans and I was the last Nam vet. I can tell you for a fact that the way people look at their job or role was completely different. The older guys said what do you want me to do and will it help the country. The new people worry how an assignment will affect their careers. They never had the military experience to build comraderie in their organization.
