Who here has torn a hamstring?

    My left hip is killing me. Can not sleep
    And can not stand up for very long without having to sit down. I
    Have pain on the inside by my groin and on
    The back of my leg in the hamstring area. Want to know what a torn hamstring feels like and how long it takes to heal. I have had the joint X rayed and it is fine. Thanks
