Benchmade customer support

I have a Benchmade Barrage which I absolutely love, this morning I pulled it out of my pocket to use at work and realized the thumb stud had come off. I called Benchmade Customer Service and explained that the thumb stud had been lost and asked how I could go about replacing it. The woman helping me took my name, tele number and address and stated they would send one out to me today, no charge. She then asked how the pocket clip was on the knife which seems to be fine, said the only issue I have with it, is I need to put a bit of blue lock tite on it, otherwise it was fine.

We always her the bad customer service stories, figured Id throw one out there that had a good ending.
