lake clean up ?

once a year I volunteer and go out with a group from the county to pick up trash from our lake. No big deal.We have a harvester at our launch to clean the grass and pads from our area. They've been here for the 8 years I've lived here and there's 5 or 6 around the whole lake that work 5 days a week:doh:The lake constantly changes. A nice cut back with a big pocket that holds fish is open water today:boxing:A lot of the vegetation that doesn't make it into the hopper and falls to the lake bottom depletes the oxygen which makes our lake super tuff to fish. That's not to mention the spraying of chemicals here and a ton of other lakes to minimize the the vegetation. I was wondering what goes on in your part of the woods ? And I know that milfoil has reached Maine!
